"Might be decent, but it didn’t work for us"
I got this for my kid’s Android phone, thinking it would be a simple setup, but it kept saying the device wasn’t supported. Maybe it works fine on other phones, I’m not sure, but we couldn’t get anywhere with it. I contacted support and they mostly just sent links, which didn’t really help. Could be a good product for the right device, but for us it ended up being a waste of time.

"This stealth mode stuff is sketchy"
I don’t have patience for apps that hide things on people’s phones. Calling it “stealth mode” doesn’t make it feel any less shady. Just be upfront about what’s installed and what it’s doing.

"Support made setup way more frustrating"
Not gonna lie, trying to get webwatcher set up was frustrating enough on its own, but dealing with tech support made it worse. They took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the replies felt like generic copy-paste answers that didn’t actually solve anything. I asked follow-up questions, but it seemed like nobody was really reading what I wrote. For the price, I expected much better support.

"Getting the account set up was such a hassle"
I couldn’t even get started because the account setup was such a pain. I kept thinking it would just take a minute, but nope, I got stuck before I could actually use anything, which was frustrating.

"The app itself is fine for the most..."
The app itself is fine for the most part, but the support experience was frustrating. I reached out about an issue and didn’t hear anything back for a few days. When they finally replied, it was kind of the usual “thanks for your patience, we’re looking into it” type of response, which didn’t really solve anything. I had to follow up again before getting any real help. It’s not the worst support I’ve ever dealt with, but for what it costs, I expected them to be a lot quicker.

"Confusing setup and canned replies"
I tried using Webwatcher, but it was way more confusing than I expected. The setup didn’t feel clear at all, and I kept ending up stuck in random menus without knowing what to do next. Maybe it works fine for people who are more tech-savvy, but for me it was just frustrating. What made it worse was getting those canned apology responses that didn’t actually help with anything. I don’t need a copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience”, I needed clear instructions.

"Dashboard is frustrating to use"
The dashboard is kind of a mess. I have a hard time finding what I need, the menus feel confusing, and things lag more than they should. On top of that, I keep getting asked to verify myself over and over, which gets annoying really fast

"Refund turned into such a headache"
I canceled and asked for a refund, and it went nowhere. Support kept sending the same copy-paste style replies and telling me to wait, but I never got a clear answer. I weirdly remember I was eating a slightly squashed granola bar while refreshing my email for updates, which pretty much sums up the whole experience. Super frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t rely on their refund policy again

"Billing was more confusing than I expected"
I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, but once I got into it, the billing details felt kind of all over the place. I remember sitting there with my coffee going cold, clicking around different pages just trying to figure out what I was actually being charged for.
Maybe it’s fine for people who don’t mind digging through account settings, but I really don’t like when charges or canceling feel unclear. Support replied, but the answers didn’t really clear things up for me. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they put the pricing and billing info right up front in plain English

"Not worth the hassle for me"
I signed up last month thinking webwatcher would be straightforward, but right from the setup I was frustrated. What I thought would take maybe 20 or 30 minutes ended up taking way longer, and even after that, things still weren’t running smoothly for me.

After a couple of days of trying to figure it out on my own, I reached out to support, but that didn’t really improve things. The replies felt basic, and I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, which got old fast.

By the end of the week, I just felt like I had wasted both time and money. For what it costs, I expected a much better experience, so I canceled and wouldn’t use webwatcher again.

I paid for the text monitoring, but the messages just weren’t showing up, or they were missing completely. I kept checking and checking, thinking maybe it would catch up, but nope. When I contacted support, they basically just blamed my phone, which was really frustrating

"Screen recording was frustrating and unreliable"
I really wanted this to work, but the screen recording barely did what it was supposed to. It missed a bunch of recordings and froze my phone a lot. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t clear why it was failing or what I was supposed to do to fix it. A little clearer communication would’ve made the whole experience less frustrating.

I couldn’t justify the subscription price. For what it offers, it just felt way too expensive to me. Like, make it make sense. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it wasn’t worth the cost.

"Expected live updates, got delays instead"
I bought this mostly because I needed real-time syncing, so I was expecting updates to show up pretty much instantly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. The data was often delayed or just missing, and I kept having to refresh and wait around. By the time anything finally appeared, it was already outdated. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really solve the issue. For what I needed it for, it just wasn’t worth it

I tried to cancel my account it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The steps was confusing, and I couldn’t really tell if anything had actually gone through. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I don’t see myself using it again

"Alerts just didn’t do it for me"
I got WebWatcher mostly because I wanted the alerts, but they were kinda useless for me. Some notifications showed up way too late, and a couple never came through at all, so I ended up checking everything myself anyway.

The whole reason I paid for it was to get quick updates without having to sit there refreshing stuff. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it felt unreliable and frustrating. Def not worth the money.

"GPS tracking was unreliable"
I mainly bought this for the GPS location tracking, but it was hit or miss. Sometimes the location was delayed, and other times it showed the wrong spot altogether. Setup was easy, but the updates just weren’t consistent enough for what I needed. For the price, I expected it to work better. It’s not completely useless, but it was definitely frustrating.
